The newly built, beautifully presented accommodation, is accessed through its own private entrance and garden area. Inside, the annex has two floors. The ground floor layout is open plan with a fully equipped kitchen including quality appliances, bespoke dining area and comfortable living space. Your stay will come with complimentary tea and coffee and our on-site hens will (depending on the time of year) provide fresh eggs upon arrival.
Comfortable seating can be found in the lounge area along with Smart internet TV, DAB Bluetooth radio, DVD player and a selection of games and books including local interest.
Upstairs the pristine, newly built bathroom has modern yet traditional features including a refreshing rainfall shower. Towels and toiletries are provided including a complimentary soap from Hebridean Felt which will be gifted upon arrival.
Flooded with light from the two Velux windows which afford hillside and sea views, the décor of the spacious double bedroom is calm and restful. Harris Tweed soft furnishings and crisp white bed linen give the room a luxurious feel. A wardrobe and chest of drawers provide ample storage while a cosy armchair is a perfect spot to curl up with a good book or listen to the radio.
The kitchen enjoys a full size Rangemaster cooker, Denby crockery and quality cookware.

Outside you will find a private parking space, entrance and enclosed garden area with a number of seating options. A lower level decked area with table and chairs is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee. Additionally a picnic bench can be reached via steps in the rear garden. Stunning panoramic views of both the Minch and Harris hills can be enjoyed in this location. Watch the colourful sunsets, the boats anchored in the bay or the ferry journeying back and forth. You may even spot the resident seals playing in the distance.
